摘要
从权力、价值和内容三个维度对澳大利亚、英国、美国和德国四国职业教育课程政策分析发现,不同政体、国情和发展阶段对课程政策的影响不尽相同,但追求各方利益平衡、注重行业实际需求和公平发展是各国的共同目标。对我国职业教育课程政策来说,宜形成有张力的课程权力结构,提升课程内容的适应性,为职教学生创造公平发展的机会。
This paper comparatively anatyzes the VET curriculum policies in Australia, Britain,America and Germany from three different dimensions of rights, values and contents. The balance of interests, emphasis on the practical needs of industry and fair development are the common goals of these countries, though their difference in regime, national conditions and development stages may have different influences on curriculum policies. For the VET curriculum policies in China, it's advisable to form a flexible and extensible curriculum power structure, to improve the adaptability of course contents, and to create a fair development opportunity for VET students.
