摘要
本文基于罗克韦尔自动化MICRO850可编程控制器,1024滚珠丝杠滑块,Kinetix3伺服电机,Power Flex525变频器和PVC600触摸屏等组成。通过上位机与PLC通讯,输入运行程序,设定参数。由PVC触摸屏输入指定位置信息X,伺服电机通过带动滚珠丝杠滑块旋转,而使被执行对象将以最快的速度向指定位置X运动,且误差不超过±2mm,通过光电旋转编码器确定位置信息和实现运动控制系统的闭环控制,已达到对系统快准稳的要求。
