Study on the Welding Technology of 1100 MPa High Strength Steel for Engineering Machinery

摘要 针对钢厂生产的1 100 MPa级高强钢板焊接特点,研究了该钢材焊接冷裂纹敏感性,焊接工艺参数对焊接接头组织性能的影响。结果表明,Q1100E钢有明显的冷裂纹倾向,焊接时应采取必要措施防止冷裂纹的产生;焊接工艺参数对焊接接头热影响区有较大影响,应合理控制焊接热输入和焊道间温度以确保焊接质量。焊接工艺经重复试验确定适合钢厂生产的Q1100E钢的焊接。 Based on the welding characteristics of high strength steel plates produced by steel mills, cold crack sensitivity and the influence of welding parameters on the performance of welded joint were studied. The results show that Q1100E steels have obvious tendency of cold crack. When welded, it is necessary to take measures to prevent cold crack; the welding parameters have great influence on the heat affected zone, thus the welding heat input and inter-pass temperature should be controlled rationally to insure the weld quality. It is confirmed that this welding process is suitable for the welding of Q1100E Steels.
