Design and Application of Online Safety Monitoring System for Tailing Pond

摘要 针对歪头山铁矿小西沟尾矿库,建立了尾矿库在线安全监测系统,绘制了在线监测系统拓扑图,确定了在线监测项目和监测剖面,给出了监测点的合理布设方法,建立了安全监测预警方法;实现了尾矿库监测系统的集成与发布;通过监测系统的现场运行,获得了尾矿库的浸润线、表面位移、内部位移、库水位、安全超高、干滩长度等监测曲线,以及视频监测影像,据此评价尾矿库的运行状态,证实了尾矿库在线安全监测系统应用的可靠性。该系统可为相关尾矿库监测工程提供有益的借鉴与参考。 For the XIAOXIGOU tailings pond of WAITOUSHAN iron mine, online safety monitoring system was built, the topology diagram of the online monitoring system was established.The monitoring items and monitoring sections were determined, and reasonable layout method of monitoring points was given. The warning method of safety monitoring was given. The integration and release of tailings pond monitoring system were realized. By the on-site operation of the monitoring system, the monitoring curves, such as the infiltration line, surface displacement,internal displacement, pond water level, safe ultra-high, dry beach length of the tailings pond,and video monitoring image were obtained. The running status of tailings pond was hereby evaluated, and the application reliability of the system design scheme was proved. This system can provide useful reference for related monitoring engineering of tailing pond.
