肺鳞状细胞癌切除术后13个月发生胰腺转移一例报道并文献复习

摘要 胰腺转移瘤少见,在胰腺恶性肿瘤中占比不足2％.肺癌是胰腺转移瘤的常见原因,但多见于小细胞肺癌和腺癌,肺鳞状细胞癌发生胰腺转移者非常少见.尽管如此,由于我国肺鳞状细胞癌患者基数庞大,发生胰腺转移者应不在少数,但国内文献中相关报道却不多,表明肺鳞状细胞癌胰腺转移的漏诊和误诊并不少见.本文结合1例肺鳞状细胞癌切除术后13个月发生胰腺转移,并获得成功切除的患者资料,以及文献报道的其他6例类似病例资料,对肺鳞状细胞癌胰腺转移的临床特点、治疗及预后简述如下.
