胰十二指肠切除术后主要并发症的诊断与治疗进展 被引量：5

摘要 迄今而止,胰十二指肠切除术（Pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD）仍然是腹部外科的高风险手术.对外科医师而言,也是具有较高难度和挑战性的手术之一.因为胰腺解剖结构复杂,是腹膜后位器官,暴露困难,胰腺周围毗邻重要血管,且胰腺腺体质地脆弱,处理困难.加之该手术切除脏器多,手术创伤大.手术过程中需完成胰肠吻合、胆肠吻合和胃空肠吻合3处消化道重建,手术过程复杂,手术耗时长,因此术后并发症和病死率均较高.
