摘要
以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、苯甲胺、乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,采用有机化学合成方法,合成了稠油降黏剂DBE-1的主要成分,然后与适量的氯化四正丁基铵、月桂酸乙酯复配制备得到一种油溶性的降黏剂。着重考察了降黏剂对降黏性能的影响。研究结果表明:DBE-1的降黏率普遍高于95%;在硬度为20 000 mg/L的水中,降黏率为96.48%;降黏剂适宜在120℃以下工作。
With N,N-dimethylformamide,benzylamine and ethyl acetoacetate as raw materials,the main components of thickened oil viscosity reducer DBE-1 were synthesized by organic chemical synthesis,and an oil soluble viscosity reducing agent was then prepared by the formulation of tetrabutylammonium chloride,ethyl laurate.The influences of viscosity reducer on the visbreaking performance were emphatically investigated.The research results showed that the viscosity reduction rate of the DBE-1 was generally higher than 95%.And the viscosity reduction rate was 96.48%when the water hardness was 20 000 mg/L.The viscosity reducer was suitable for working below 120℃.
