光声内窥成像技术与仪器系统

摘要 光声成像兼具光学高对比度与声学高穿透特性,且无电离辐射,是一种极具医学应用潜力的新型成像模式。光声内窥成像技术是光声成像技术与内窥技术的结合,用于腔道内组织的检测方法。本文对光声内窥成像技术与仪器系统进行综述,重点阐述光声内窥技术在血管内、消化道、及泌尿道病变检测中的应用研究进展,并对光声内窥成像若干前沿热点-合成孔径光声内窥成像技术、多模态光声内窥成像技术、光声内窥分子成像进行简要介绍。 Photoacoustic imaging combines optical high contrast and acoustical high penetration with no ionizing radiation and is a new imaging modality with potential for medical applications. Photoacoustic endoscopy imaging technology is a combination of photoacoustic imaging and endoscopic techniques for the detection of tissue within the lumen. This review summarizes the application of photoacoustic endoscopy imaging and instrumentation system, focusing on the application of photoacoustic endoscopy in the detection of intravascular, gastrointestinal and urinary tract diseases. Some of the leading hotspots of photoacoustic endoscopy-Synthetic aperture photoacoustic endoscopic imaging technology, multimodal photoacoustic endoscopy imaging technology, and photoacoustic endoscopic molecular imaging are briefly introduced.
