促进高校青年教师教学能力提升的实践与思考——以北京工业大学应用数理学院为例

Practices and Reflections on Improving the Teaching Skills of Young College Teachers——Based on the Example of the College of Applied Sciences at Beijing University of Technology

摘要 北京工业大学应用数理学院注重青年教师教学能力的提升,通过构建"三个一"培训体系、搭建成长平台等多种途径,帮助青年教师提高教学能力,取得了良好的效果,同时提出进一步提高青年教师教学能力的举措。 The improvement of the teaching skills of young teachers has been placed with high priority at the College of Applied Sciences of Beijing University of Technology. The teaching skills of young teachers have been lifted thanks to the "Three Ones" training system,the platform for development and other various approaches. Having achieved sound results,measurements regarding further improvement on teaching skills of young teachers have been carried out.
