摘要
本文分析了现代制造业和工程教育专业认证对工科人才培养的要求,提出了"强化工程意识,国际实质等效、提高创新应用能力,思维、技能、素养三维一体的"人才培养理念。通过建立基于成果导向理念的培养目标—能力要求—教学载体—评价措施之间的支撑网络,多元多闭环评价的毕业要求达成度评价机制和方法,注重建立校企深度融合合作关系,培育名师、名团队,建设名课、名教材、名基地等举措,人才培养质量和学生的实践创新能力明显提高,取得了预期的效果。
The engineering talents education with requirements from modern manufacturing industry and engineering education accreditation are presented. The training philosophy of "strengthening the engineering consciousness,international equivalent in real terms,improve the innovation ability,thinking skills,literacy of three-in-one" is proposed. Firstly the support network among the training target-capacity requirements-teaching medias-evaluation measures is established based on OBE concept. Secondly the graduated requirements reached degrees evaluation mechanism and methods with multiple sources and multi feedback are found. Focused on established school and enterprises depth fusion cooperation relationships,fostered famous teachers,and famous teaching groups,constructed popular courses,and published courses' books,and built the practice enterprises base,therefore talents training quality and practice innovation capacity of students are obviously improved and expected effect is observed.
