食品微生物学教学应该适应社会生产实际发展的需要,适应科技进步的需要,适应人才培养的需要。本文从社会发展、科技进步、高等教育和人才培养的需求出发,通过教学与实践,总结了如何对食品微生物学的教学进行改革和实践的体会,为进一步提高改革和实践的成效,推动食品微生物学的理论学习和实践应用提供了好的方法和思路。

Food Microbiology teaching should adapt to the needs of social development,scientific and technological progress,education development and personnel training. Based on the importances of social development,science and technology progress,advanced education and personnel training,this article summed up realizations on food microbiology teaching reform and practice through the teaching and practice repeatedly,which provided good methods and thought for further improvement of reform and practice and promotion of theory study and practice application on Food Microbiology.
