摘要
构建创新型人才培养体系、课程教学体系和实践教学体系是重要教学环节,是培养学生创新意识、创新精神和创新能力的重要方法和手段。在创新人才培养模式框架指导下,合理整合理论教学和实践教学资源,改革课程和实践教学模式,理顺实践教学管理体制,建立科学合理的人才培养体系。
The construction of an innovative talent training system,curriculum system and practice teaching system is an important teaching link,is to cultivate students innovation consciousness,innovation spirit and innovation ability important method and means. In the innovative talent training model,framework under the guidance of theory teaching and practice teaching resources integration,and practice teaching pattern of reform,straighten out the practice teaching management system,to establish scientific and rational personnel training system.
