摘要
在当代社会中,不论是传统的教学形式还是网上的在线教育,教师往往需要处理与多元文化学生的关系。一般来说,每个国家的文化都会很大程度上影响本国的教育。通过研究在多元文化背景下,不同文化群体间的师生沟通的细节、教育体系构建的理论思路、学生文化认知的基本情况三个方面,分析教学环境出现的问题及教授过程中知识转移的情况,为教育国际化进程中的跨文化教育体系提供理论依据和实践参考。
In modern society,whether it is online education in the traditional teaching form or online,often need to deal with the relationship between teachers' multicultural students. Generally speaking,each country's culture will affect their education largely. Through the research in the multicultural background,different cultural groups of teacher-student communication. The details of the theoretical ideas education system construction,three aspects of the basic situation of the students cultural awareness,analysis of the process of knowledge transfer and professor teaching environment in the presence of the situation,provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for cultural education system in the process of internationalization of education.
