In modern society,whether it is online education in the traditional teaching form or online,often need to deal with the relationship between teachers＇ multicultural students. Generally speaking,each country＇s culture will affect their education largely. Through the research in the multicultural background,different cultural groups of teacher-student communication. The details of the theoretical ideas education system construction,three aspects of the basic situation of the students cultural awareness,analysis of the process of knowledge transfer and professor teaching environment in the presence of the situation,provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for cultural education system in the process of internationalization of education.
