摘要
高校教师作为高校的核心竞争力,在高校发展的道路上发挥着不可估量的作用。高校教师的发展决定了高校的质量,但是随着高校中人才聚集以及岗位分工限制等,每位或每个岗位上的高校教师的发展也不尽相同。本文将从教学科研岗、实验技术岗以及行政管理岗三个岗位上的高校教师的发展现状以及建议做一简要阐述。
As the core competitiveness of colleges and universities,college teachers play an inestimable role in the development of colleges and universities. The development of college teachers decides the quality of colleges and universities,but with the talent aggregation and post in the division of labor restrictions,the development of college teachers in each or every post is not the same. This paper briefly explains the development status and suggestions of college teachers in three positions,such as teaching scientific research post,experimental technology post,and administrative management.
