校企生三方联动互惠的车辆工程专业卓越计划实践

本文通过卓越计划实践,从校、企、生需求出发,依据高校地方产业、学校办学特色,研究校、企、生三方联动互惠因素对卓越计划实施的影响,并从课程体系研究、预就业机制研究、基于企业实践项目的毕业设计研究以及企业实践管理研究四个方面,探讨学校、企业、学生三方互惠的可能性。满足三方需求的人才培养模式,为"卓越计划"的实施提供了新的思路,为取得新的成果提供了新的道路。

Through excellence in practice,this article from the school,enterprise and student demand,on the basis of local industry,school running characteristics of colleges and universities,research schools,enterprises and students linkage reciprocal influences on plan implementation,and the study of curriculum system,employment mechanism in advance from the study,based on the practice project of graduation design research and enterprise practice management research from four aspects,discussing the possibility of reciprocity of three parties：schools,enterprises and students. The training mode that meets the needs of the three parties provides a new idea for the implementation of the ＂excellent plan＂ to provide a new way for the new results.
