摘要
为有效支撑本专业应用型人才培养目标的达成,针对《仿真技术基础S》课程中存在的不足,从教学方式、教学资源和考核方式三个方面提出了改革内容:借鉴CDIO培养模式,改变重结果、轻过程的不足,增加实验设计环节,使学生做到实验设计和实现的综合锻炼;依靠课程组成员丰富的科研经验,从空管、航空公司、机场运行等实际问题中凝练出适合于本课程教学的实验,充分发挥科研反哺教学的作用,不断充实教学资源;采用学生分组答辩、课题组老师集体打分的方式,尽可能做到客观、公平的评判。最后本文提出了参加企业实践、利用新媒体和小班授课等措施来保障课程改革的成效。
In order to effectively support to achieve the goal of training application-oriented talents for the profession,and aim at the existing deficiency of the course of "Basic Simulation Technology S",this paper puts forward three aspects of the reform content from the teaching methods,teaching resources and assessment methods. Using CDIO training mode for reference,change the shortage of heavy results and light process,and increase experiment design link to make the students do the comprehensive training of experiment design and realization. Depending on the rich research experience,concise out suitable experiments for the curriculum teaching from the ATC,airlines,airports and other practical problems. Making full use of the effect of the scientific research to feedback teaching and constantly enrich the teaching resources. It can utilize the way of students' group defense and teachers' collective scoring and should be as objective and fair as possible. Finally,the paper puts forward some measures to ensure the effectiveness of curriculum reform,such as participating in enterprise practice,using new media and teaching in small classes.
