食用菌栽培课程实践育人教学探索

Exploration of Practice Education for Edible Fungi Cultivation Course

食用菌栽培课程是一门实践性很强的课程。为了提高教学质量,培养学生专业实践技能和创新精神,本文从我国食用菌栽培现状及对人才的需求、课堂教学模式改革、加强校内实践教学、校企合作育人等方面进行探讨,希望能为食用菌栽培课程的教学改革提供参考。

Edible fungi cultivation course is a highly practical course. In order to improve teaching quality,cultivate students＇ professional practice skills and innovative spirit,the current situation of edible fungi cultivation in China,the demand for talents,the reform of classroom teaching mode,the practice education in campus and the cooperation between schools and enterprises are discussed in this paper. We hope provide reference for the teaching reform of edible fungi cultivation course.
