基于协同育人视角下的应用型本科人才培养模式创新探讨

Research on the Innovation of Application-oriented Undergraduate Training Mode Based on the Perspective of Collaborative Education

协同育人是教育部倡导的一种新型的高校人才培养模式,它通过推进政府、院校、行业和企业间的深度合作,把教学、生产、服务、应用与职业教育有机结合起来,从而实现利用各种社会资源协同培养高校人才的目的,是新形势下应用型本科院校推进办学体制改革、提高人才培养质量、满足社会人才需求、实现自身可持续发展的重要途径。本文对"协同育人"的概念进行了分析,探讨了应用型本科院校推行"协同育人"人才培养模式的必要性,最后提出了应用型本科院校实施"协同育人"人才培养模式的思路。

Cooperative education is a new training mode for university personnel initiated by the ministry of education,through the government,colleges and universities,the depth of cooperation between enterprises,industry and teaching,production,service,application and occupation education organically,so as to realize the coordination of personnel training in the use of social resources to promote reform the school system of applied undergraduate colleges under the new situation,improve the quality of personnel training,to meet the social demand for talent,an important way to achieve sustainable development. This paper analyzes the concept of ＂cooperative education＂,discusses the necessity of training mode of the collaborative implementation of the ＂talent education＂ in applied undergraduate colleges finally,the author puts forward the train of thought for implementing the mode of ＂cooperative education＂ in application-oriented universities.
