依托第二课堂对高职学生养老照护能力培养初探——以潍坊护理职业学院为例

摘要 三年制老年服务与管理专业学生需具备的核心能力之一是掌握养老照护所对应的知识、技能及接受服务人群的满意度。为使学生达到养老照护的综合能力,文章以提升专业照护能力为主线,依托第二课堂辅助实践教学改革,并对组织实施效果做了具体分析和探索研究,归纳总结了成功的经验做法,从中找出存在不足并做了未来展望。 One of the core competencies for elderly services and management students are required to have three years of professional care is to master the corresponding knowledge,skills and accept services to the people satisfaction. In order to make students achieve the comprehensive capacity of nursing care,taking care to enhance the professional ability as the main line,relying on the second classroom teaching reform,and to implement the effect of tissue specific research and analysis and exploration,summed up the experience of success,in order to find out the shortcomings and future prospects.
