基于多模态的半桥LLC拓扑ZVS条件分析 被引量:1

Novel ZVS Analysis of Half-Bridge LLC Resonant Converter Based on Various Operation Modes

摘要 针对传统半桥LLC拓扑只在谐振点附近建模来进行变压器原边零电压开通(ZVS)条件分析,并以此设计谐振腔参数,导致LLC宽范围工作时其余模态不能保证一次侧MOS管零电压开通(ZVS)的问题,对基于多模态下的半桥LLC拓扑的ZVS条件进行了研究,开展了半桥LLC拓扑在五种常见模态下死区时间内基于能量角度的分析,提出了更精确的ZVS判断条件,克服了传统ZVS条件不适用于电路宽范围工作的缺点。利用仿真软件Simetrix&Simplis搭建了电路仿真模型,以一个重载工作点为例验证了新条件相较传统ZVS条件更精确的特点。搭建了谐振频率100k Hz,额定功率330W的实验平台并对该拓扑在高压重载下的ZVS特性进行实验验证,研究结果表明:相较于传统的ZVS条件,该方案能更精确地预判拓扑在各主要模态时能否达成ZVS,从而有利于谐振腔参数设计,证明了该方案的可行性和有效性。 Aiming at solving the failure of zero voltage switching(ZVS) of MOSFETs in the primary side of LLC resonant converter at some operation modes caused by the use of conventional ZVS conditions which only build model near resonant point, a novel set of ZVS conditions based on five operation modes of half-bridge LLC converter was proposed. Various operation modes of LLC converter were looked into, and more accurate ZVS conditions were presented accordingly based on energy conservation law, which is more suitable for wide range operation. A simulation model based on SimetrixSimplis was built to validate the accuracy of the new ZVS conditions compared to traditional ones, and a 100 k Hz, 330 W half-bridge LLC converter was designed as a prototype to verify the conclusion. The results of simulation and experiment both indicate that the LLC converter loses ZVS even though the converter satisfies the ZVS constraints proposed by previous papers, just as the new ZVS constraints predict.
