摘要
我国的随班就读工作在融合人数,特殊儿童发展,教师、同伴接纳态度,学校管理等方面取得了令人瞩目的成就。但随着融合教育的发展与不断深化,我国随班就读质量仍面临以下问题:(1)融合类型仍相对单一,特殊儿童出现"回流"现象;(2)普校教育资源投入不够,资源分配不合理;(3)专职资源教师数量、知识技能不足,主体合作缺乏;(4)个别化教育计划不完善,学生评价弹性缺失。文章针对上述问题提出相应对策,以期促进我国随班就读质量的提升。
The longitudinal development of learning in regular class has made remarkable achievements which include students popularity, students development, teachers and peer attitude, the school resources and support system and so on .However with the dept and development of the inclusive education , the quality of student learning in regular class still exist some challenges : (1) the type of inclusion is still relatively simple with special child "return" phenomenon; (2) general school resource investment is not enough and the supervision of resources classroom lacking; (3) the teacher lack of professional knowledge , skills and cooperation between multiple subjects; (4)individual education program is imperfect and students evaluation lack flexibility. In order to further promote the quality of student learning in regular class ,the article has made corresponding countermeasures.
