摘要
残疾人身心受限及外在支持的不足,他们工作适应更具挑战性。Lofquist、Dawis和Hershenson提出残疾人工作适应理论,从理论层面上分析残疾人工作适应的影响因素。文章详细介绍工作适应理论,并结合个案的访谈资料辅以说明工作适应理论的实际应用情况,最后因应工作适应理论的观点提出帮助残疾人工作适应的建议,以期为后续的研究和实践提供参考。
The limited physical and mental characteristics and the lack of external supportof the disabled, making it more challenging to help themadapt to work the job. Theorists Lofquist, Dawis and Hershenson have put forward the theory of adaptation to work for the disabled, and analyzed several key factors in the work of the handicapped. This paper will introduce the theory of workadjustment in detail, and combine the case interviews with information, the practical application of thework adjustment theory, the suggestions to help the disabled to adapt to the employment according to thework adjustment theory, and provide reference for the follow-up research and practice.
