特殊儿童家长在特殊教育中的角色困境及对策研究 被引量:5

摘要 特殊儿童家长是特殊教育中不可缺少的人力资源,是特殊儿童及其教育的监护者与维权者、参与和决策者、家庭照料和教育者、资源筹措者、家校合作者。但目前,特殊儿童家长面临多种角色困境,突出表现在家长责权不清、权利得不到保障、教养效能不足、资源与支持获取困难等方面。研究提出,通过组织家长专业培训、支持家校有效合作、组建特殊儿童家庭组织等对策,以期帮助他们更好履行角色职责。 Special children's parents is an indispensable human resources in special education. They are the guardian and rights defenders of their children's education, participation and policymakers, family caregivers and educators, resource raisers, and home-school collaborators. But at present, the parents of special children are faced with various roles difficulties, which are manifested in unclear responsibilities and rights, not guaranteed rights, insufficient education efficiency, difficulties in obtaining resources and support. Therefore, through the specialized support strategy of organizing the parent professional training, supporting the effective home-school cooperation, and establishing special children's family organizations, we hope to help them better fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
