摘要
由于二级跟踪程序原设计缺陷,我厂加热炉跟踪区域只能允许一块板坯存在,但轧制节奏较快时,加热炉区域常出现2-3块板坯,导致前一块出炉板坯信息被后一块覆盖,换规格时,极易导致堆废钢及双钢相撞事故的发生,本文从优化模型程序出发,分析了加热炉板坯跟踪错误导致堆废钢的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施,取得了好的效果。
Due to the defects of the original design of the secondary tracking program, only one slab can be allowed in the tracking area of the furnace in our factory. However, when the rolhng rhythm is relatively rapid, 2 or 3 slabs often appear in the heating furnace area, leading to the previous slab information It is easy to lead to the accident of heap scrap and double steel when it is covered by the latter one. Due to the optimization of the model program, this paper analyzes the reason of heap scrap being caused by the tracking error of furnace slab, and puts forward corresponding solutions Measures, and achieved good results.
