面阵光释光光纤剂量计测量系统设计

Design of Radiation Dose Reader Based on Area Array OSL Optical Fiber Dosimeters

摘要 面阵光释光光纤剂量计测量装置的主要目的是测量辐射场的剂量分布。采用Al2O3:C晶体作为光释光探头,研制了5×5面阵光释光光纤剂量计,射线照射后通过逐点扫描法读出剂量数据,并对其性能作了初步的测试。文章主要介绍了整个系统的工作原理以及硬件电路和软件设计。 Radiation dose reader based on area array optical stimulated luminescence( OSL) optical fiber dosimeters is used to measure the dose distribution of radiation field. The 5 × 5 area array OSL optical fiber dosimeters were developed by using Al2 O3: C crystals as radiation detectors. The dose data of radiation field were obtained by the point by point scanning method after exposed to X rays,and the performance of the system was evaluated preliminarily. This paper mainly introduces the principle of the system and the composition of the hardware circuit and the software programming.
