大肠癌组织p27及增殖细胞核抗原的表达及其意义

EXPRESSION OF p27 AND PROLIFERATING CELL NUCLEAR ANTIGEN IN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA AND ITS IMPLICATION

目的研究 p2 7、增殖细胞核抗原 (proliferatingcellnuclearantigen ,PCNA)在大肠癌组织中的表达 ,并探讨其生物学意义。方法利用免疫组织化学方法对 5 0例大肠癌患者肿瘤组织和 5 0例正常人大肠组织p2 7、PCNA表达进行检测。结果 p2 7和PCNA在癌组织及正常组织中的表达均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且 p2 7、PCNA表达与大肠癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移和Dukes’分期显著有关。结论p2 7表达与大肠癌的临床病理学特征密切相关 ,可能是预测大肠癌预后的重要指标之一 ;PCNA是反映细胞增殖活性的重要指标。

ObjectiveTo explore the expression of p27 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in colorectal carcinoma,and its biological implication.MethodsExpression of p27 and PCNA in 50 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 50 cases of normal colorectal tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry.ResultsThe expression of p27 and PCNA showed significant difference(P< 0.05 ) between normal and colorectal carcinoma tissues.The expression of p27 and PCNA were correlated with the degree of differentiation,stage and lymphatic metastases.ConclusionThe expression of p27 in colorectal carcinoma was significantly associated with clinicopathological characteristics and it may be an important factor for prognosis of colorectal carcinoma. PCNA is an important marker in reflecting cell proliferation.
