Objective To study the therapeutic effect of non-invasive fibroscopy and percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods 60 patients with renal calculi were randomly selected for treatment of self-treated patients. Randomized methods were used to divide the patients into groups of unwound and renal microscopy, with 30 cases in each group. The results showed that the degree of removal, the time of operation and the time of hospitalization, the amount of blood loss and the incidence of complications were analyzed. Results The degree of calculi removal was higher than P〈0. 05 compared with the renal mirror group. Compared with the nephroscopic group, there was a better difference in operation time, length of hospital and blood loss in the treatment process, and the difference was statistically significant,P〈0. 05. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of postoperative complications, but the difference was statistically significant, with P〈0. 05 without serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Noninvasive fibre soft lens lithotomy in both degree of postoperative stone removal and intraoperative tissue trauma and the incidence of postoperative complications of the patients with noninvasive fiber on soft lens lithotomy surgery in the treatment of kidney stones have obvious advantages, have a safe and reliable, surgical treatments quickly isworth extending.
