平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床研究

Clinical study of plain film tension-free hernia repair surgery treatment for inguinal hernia

目的探讨平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年5月-2016年5月收治的腹股沟疝气患者112例为研究对象,按照不同疝修补手术方法将患者分为观察组和对照组各56例,对照组采取疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗,观察组采取平片无张力疝修补术治疗,比较两种修补术临床疗效。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、住院费用等指标均优于对照组,分别比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.4%,无复发病例,对照组并发症和复发率分别为25.0%、19.6%,高于观察组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气,操作简便、创伤小、价格低廉,且术后并发症及复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of plain film tension-free hernia repair surgery treatment for inguinal hernia.Methods 112 cases of patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016were selected as the study object,patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different hernia repair methods,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair surgery,the observation group of patients was treated with flat sheet tension-free hernia repair surgery,the clinical efficacy of two repair surgery were compared.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group,the difference respectively compared was significant（P〈0.05）;The incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.4%,no recurrence,the complication and recurrence rate of the control group respective were 25.0%and 19.6%,which were significantly higher than those in the observation group,there was a significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair treatment of inguinal hernia,simple operation,trauma,low price,and postoperative complications and recurrence rate is low,it is worthy of clinical application.
