免疫球蛋白检验对乙型肝炎患者的临床价值评价

Clinical evaluation of immunoglobulin test in patients with hepatitis B.

目的探讨与评价免疫球蛋白检验对乙型肝炎患者的临床价值。方法选取我院2015年2月到2017年2月收治的乙型肝炎患者98例为对象进行研究,根据其疾病严重程度分为观察组1(重度乙型肝炎)和观察组2(轻度乙型肝炎),各49例,选择通气健康体检者49例为对照组。3组均进行免疫球蛋白检验。观察比较3组Ig M、Ig G、Ig A等免疫球蛋白以及PTA(凝血酶原时间)、TBIL(总胆红素)等水平变化。结果观察组1、2的Ig M、Ig G、Ig A等水平,与对照组比较P<0.05具有统计学意义;而观察组1高于观察组2,且P<0.05差异具有统计学意义;98例患者经治疗,有效61例、无效37例,且无效患者的Ig M、Ig G、Ig A、TBIL等显著高于有效患者,PTA显著低于有效患者,且两者对比差异P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论免疫球蛋白检验对乙型肝炎患者的临床价值较高,即能为患者的临床诊断和治疗提供一定的参考依据,因此值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate and evaluate the clinical value of immunoglobulin test in patients with hepatitis B.Methods 98 cases of hepatitis B patients admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected. According to the severity of the disease,the patients were divided into observation group 1（severe hepatitis B） and observation group 2（mild Hepatitis B）,the 49 cases,select the ventilation of physical examination in 49 cases as the control group. 3 groups were immunoglobulin test. The levels of Ig M,Ig G,Ig A and other immunoglobulins and PTA（prothrombin time） and TBIL（total bilirubin） were observed and compared. Results The levels of Ig M,Ig G and Ig A in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The observation group 1 was significantly higher than the observation group 2,and the difference was statistically significant The positive rate of Ig M,Ig G,Ig A,TBIL and other patients was significantly lower than that of effective patients,and the difference was significant（P〈0. 05）,and the difference was significant,Statistically significant. Conclusion Immunoglobulin test has a high clinical value for patients with hepatitis B,which can provide some reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
