摘要
利用修正的F-W模型分析互联网推动出口增长的作用,并运用扩展的引力模型就1999~2014互联网发展差距对中国与"一带一路"沿线44个国家出口贸易的影响进行实证检验。结果表明,互联网在降低国际贸易固定成本的同时,也会降低贸易的变动成本;互联网发展差距的缩小、发展水平的提高有利于克服贸易基础设施落后、市场间地理距离远等传统对外贸易障碍;互联网发展差距对中国与"一带一路"沿线主要国家出口贸易的发展存在一定制约。帮助"一带一路"沿线国家提高互联网发展水平,缩小其与中国的互联网发展差距,是提高中国与有关伙伴国家贸易投资便利化,推进夯实"一带一路"倡议,扩大互利共赢的重要途径。
This paper proposes a modified F-W model to analyze the role of internet on promoting export. Based on this analysis, a gravity model with data from 1999 to 2014 is also proposed to test how the internet development gap influences export between China and 44 partners alongside the "Belt Road".The results show that internet can reduce the fixed cost and variable cost of trade at the same time. The development of internet is beneficial to overcome the obstacles in traditional foreign trade, such as poor trade infrastructure and long geographical distance between markets. However, the internet development gap within the "Belt Road" countries also constrained the export between China and the countries alongside the "Belt Road". Improving the developmental speed of internet and narrowing the gap of internet development are important ways to facilitate the trade and investment between China and these partners,and thus pushing forward the "Belt Road" initiative and achieving mutual benefits and win-win results.
