云南省芒市2012-2016年结核病防治效果分析

Analysis on the tuberculosis prevention and control effect from 2012 to 2016 in Mangshi of Yunnan Province

目的评价芒市2012-2016年结核病控制项目实施效果,为预防控制结核病提供依据。方法收集芒市2012-2016年结核病项目资料,并进行统计分析。结果芒市2012-2016年免费检查初诊疑似肺结核病人和筛查肺结核高危人群13 082人,登记管理治疗活动性肺结核病人741例,其中新涂阳399例,治愈360例,治愈率90.22%;复治涂阳40例,治愈33例,治愈率82.50%;新涂阴302例,完成治疗291例,完成治疗率96.36%。5年报告活动性肺结核病人701例,年均发病率34.98/10万,与2006-2010年相比下降了13.95%。结论芒市依托结核病项目支持推动了各项防治措施的落实,结核病防治工作成效显著。应继续强化落实各项防治措施,巩固防治成果。

Objective To evaluate the tuberculosis control project in Mangshi from 2012 to 2016,and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of tuberculosis. Methods The tuberculosis project data in Mangshi from 2012 to 2016 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results A total of 13 082 cases diagnozed freely were suspected of tuberculosis and high-risk screening for tuberculosis. Registered and managed 741 patients with active tuberculosis were treated,among which. 399 were newly smear positive,360 cases being cured,and the curative ratio being 90. 22%; 40 cases were retreated smear positive,33 cases being cured,and the curative ratio being 82. 50%; 302 cases were newly smear negative,291 cases being completely treated,and the rate of complete treatment being 96. 36%. In five years,701 cases of active tuberculosis were reported; the average annual incidence was 34. 98/100 000; and the incidence decreased by 13. 95% compared with that during 2006-2010 years. Conclusion The implementation of tuberculosis project has supported and promoted various measures of tuberculosis prevention and control,and achieved notable results. We should continue to strengthen prevention and control measures and consolidate the results of prevention and control.
