Analysis of death causes among residents in Weinan City of Shaanxi Province in 2013

目的对2013年渭南市居民死亡原因进行分析,掌握当地居民死因顺位及各疾病死亡率,为制定卫生政策、评价卫生工作质量提供依据。方法采用现况研究分析2013年渭南市全人群死亡原因及死亡率。结果渭南市居民粗死亡率544.30/10万,标化死亡率509.17/10万;居民死因顺位前5位的疾病依次为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤和中毒、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病;不同年龄组首位死因:不满一周岁为起源于围生期的情况、1~4岁为先天畸形变形和染色体异常、5~14岁为肿瘤、15~34岁为损伤和中毒、35~岁组为循环系统疾病。结论慢性非传染性疾病已成为危害渭南市居民健康的一大杀手,应从慢性病的危险因素入手,分别施策,综合防治,降低慢性病发病率和死亡率。

Objective To analyze the death causes,master the rank of death causes and death rate of various diseases among local residents in Weinan City in 2013 and provide evidence for formulating health policy and evaluating the quality of health work. Methods Cross-sectional study was adopted to analyze the death causes and mortality among the whole population in Weinan City in 2013. Results The crude mortality was 544. 30/100 000 and the standardized mortality rate was 509. 17/100100 in Weinan City. The top five causes of death were circulation system diseases,tumors,injuries and poisoning,digestive system diseases and respiratory diseases. The leading causes of death in different age groups were listed as follows： perinatal diseases for the group aged under one,congenital malformations and chromosomal abnormalities for the group aged 1-4,tumors for the group aged 5-14,injuries and poisoning for the group aged 15-34,circulation system diseases for the group aged over35. Conclusion Chronic non-communicable diseases have been the leading causes of death among residents in Weinan City. Corresponding comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken,according to the risk factors of chronic diseases,to reduce the morbidity and mortality of chronic diseases.
