江苏省南通市371例性病病例HIV检测状况调查分析

A HIV detection study among 371 patients with sexually transmitted diseases in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province

目的了解南通市性病病例HIV检测情况,分析相关影响因素,为推进HIV检测咨询工作提供科学依据。方法对南通市2012-2015年各县级以上医疗机构报告的性病病例进行抽样调查,对抽样对象的HIV检测情况进行实验室现场核查,采用logistic回归模型分析调查对象接受HIV检测的影响因素。结果共抽取371例性病病例作为研究对象,239例进行了HIV检测,检测率64.42%,其中5例初筛阳性,阳性率2.09%。logistic回归分析结果显示,抽样调查年份、所患性病病种、年龄以及医疗机构所在地区与HIV检测率高低有关联。结论性病病例对HIV咨询检测服务的接受性较好,HIV抗体阳性率较高,需进一步研究探讨影响该人群接受HIV检测的因素。

Objective To investigate the performance of HIV detection and related factors in patients with sexually transmitted diseases(STD） and provide evidence for the improvement of HIV test and counsel services. Methods A sampling survey was conducted on STD cases reported by medical institutions at or above the county level from 2012 to 2015 in Nantong City,and an on-site laboratory verifiacation was carried out to test the HIV of the sampled subjects. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to identify the factors associated with the acceptance of HIV test. Results A total of 371 STD patients were recruited, among which 239(64. 42%） received the HIV screening test, in which 5(2. 09%） were positive. Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the acceptance of HIV test was associated with years,type of STD,ages and the location of hospitals. Conclusion HIV counsel and test were well accepted by STD patients. However,given that the HIV positive rate was still high,more studies are needed to find out factors affecting the acceptance of HIV counsel and test services in STD patients.
