摘要
目的研究伤科接骨片联合骨瓜提取物注射液促进骨折愈合的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月—2016年12月在三门峡市中医院进行诊治的120例骨折患者,随机分为两组。对照组(60例)静脉滴注骨瓜提取物注射液治疗,每次50 mg,每天1次;观察组(60例)在对照组基础上联合口服伤科接骨片治疗,4片/次,3次/d。比较两组的临床治疗效果,观察两组的肉芽组织生长时间、骨折愈合时间、感染控制时间、住院时间和创面封闭时间,并比较治疗前后的血清白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α以及白介素-23水平。结果观察组的优良率为83.33%(50/60),明显高于对照组的63.33%(38/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肉芽组织生长时间、骨折愈合时间、感染控制时间、住院时间和创面封闭时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,两组的白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α以及白介素-23水平均明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伤科接骨片联合骨瓜提取物注射液可以有效促进骨折患者的伤口愈合,控制感染,改善血清感染相关指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bone melon extract injection combined with shang ke bone knitting tablets in promoting fracture healing. Methods Selected 120 cases of patients with fracture who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016, divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with intravenous injection of bone melon extract, 50 mg per day, 1 times a day; the observation group was treated with shang ke bone knitting tablets, 4 tablets each time, 3 times a day. The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared, observe two groups of granulation tissue growth time, fracture healing time, infection control time, hospitalization time and wound healing time, and compared before and after treatment of serum interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin-23 levels. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%(50/60), significantly higher than that of the control group 63.33%(38/60)(P 〈 0.05). The granulation tissue growth time, fracture healing time, infection control time, hospital stay and wound closure time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P 〈 0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin-23 in the two groups were significantly decreased(P 〈 0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Bone melon extract injection combined with shang ke bone knitting tablets can effectively promote wound healing, control infection and improve serum infection related indicators.
