早期心理疏导对初发宫颈癌患者希望水平、自我效能及治疗依从性的影响

Effects of Early Psychological Counseling on Hope,Self-efficacy and Treatment Compliance of Patients with Primary Cervical Cancer

目的：探讨早期心理疏导对初发宫颈癌患者希望水平、自我效能及治疗依从性的影响。方法：选取初发宫颈癌患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,两组患者给予相同治疗及护理,观察组在治疗前给予早期心理疏导。分别在治疗前后采用Herth希望量表及一般自我效能感量表（GSES）对两组患者希望水平、自我效能及治疗依从性进行评价。结果：治疗前后对照组患者希望水平和自我效能评分无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。观察组患者治疗后希望水平总分、对现实和未来的态度、采用积极行动的态度、与他人保持密切关系各维度得分较治疗前显著提高（t=-8.67,-6.22,-8.24,-7.68;P〈0.01）,且高于对照组（t=10.39,6.32,9.76,7.50;P〈0.01）。治疗后观察组自我效能得分显著高于治疗前（t=-10.35,P〈0.01）,且高于对照组（t=8.90,P〈0.01）,差异有统计学意义。观察组患者治疗依从性显著优于对照组（Z=2.27,P=0.02）。结论：早期心理疏导能显著改善初发宫颈癌患者希望水平、自我效能,提高患者治疗依从性,对促进宫颈癌患者的康复具有积极作用。

Objective：To explore the effect of early psychological counseling on the level of hope,self-efficacy and treatment compliance in patients with primary cervical cancer.Methods：A total of 120 cases of primary cervical cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each.The two groups of patients were given the same treatment and care,before treatment,the observation group patients were given early psychological counseling.Herth hope scale and general self-efficacy scale（GSES）were used before and after treatment to evaluate the level of hope,self-efficacy and treatment compliance of the two groups.Results：There was no significant difference in the level of hope and self-efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the overall score of the hope level,the attitude of the reality and the future,the use of positive action attitude,and maintain a close relationship scores of observation group were significantly higher than that before treatment（t=-8.67,-6.22,-8.24,-7.68,P〉0.01）,and higher than that in the control group（t=10.39,6.32,9.76,7.50,P〈0.01）.After treatment,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment（t=-10.35,P〈0.01）,and higher than the control group（t=8.90,P〈0.01）,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（Z=2.27,P=0.02）.Conclusion：Early psychological counseling can significantly improve the hope of the level and self-efficacy of cervical cancer patients,improve patient compliance,play an active role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients with cervical cancer.
