内蒙古农村牧区剩余劳动力转移研究

Research of Surplus Labor Transference in Rural and Pastoral Areas of Inner Mongolia

随着经济的快速发展和城镇化水平的不断提高,内蒙古农村牧区剩余劳动力转移问题也日渐显著。笔者对国外有关劳动力转移的理论和国内学者对农村剩余劳动力转移研究的现状、特点进行了梳理。在此基础上,具体分析和研究了学者们对内蒙古农村牧区剩余劳动力转移问题研究的进展及空间。

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization level, the transference of surplus labor in rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia is becoming more and more significant. The author reviews the theory of labor transference abroad and the current situation and characteristics of domestic scholars＇ research on the transference of rural surplus labor. On the basis of the revision, the author also specifically analyzes and studies the progress and space of scholars＇ researches on the transference of surplus labor in rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia.
