团体心理辅导对大学生人际关系及自尊影响的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influence of Group Psychological Counseling on Interpersonal Relationship and Self-esteem of College Students

为了验证团体心理辅导对大学生人际关系和自尊水平的影响,采用实验组和对照组前后测实验设计,对某高校20名大学生进行团体心理辅导,实验组进行6次团体心理辅导,对照组进行一次心理讲座,两组被试均使用"人际关系综合诊断量表"和"自尊量表"进行测验,一个月后对实验组使用相同的问卷进行追踪随访。经过独立样本t检验和回归分析得出,团体心理辅导后,实验组被试人际关系困扰程度有所改善、对照组没有显著差异、追踪随访与实验后测结果差异不显著、人际关系困扰与自尊水平呈负相关,且二者可以相互预测。因此团体心理辅导对改善大学生人际关系、提高自尊水平有显著且长久的效果。

In order to verify the influence of group psychological counseling on interpersonal relationship and selfesteem of college students, 20 college students in a university were given group psychological counseling by using the experimental design before and after the test of the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received 6 group psychological counseling, the control group conducted a psychological lecture, and the two groups were tested with the Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale of Interpersonal Relationship and the Self-esteem Scale. A month later, the same questionnaire was followed up in the experimental group. After independent sample t test and regression analysis, it was concluded that after group psychological counseling, the degree of interpersonal disturbance in the experimental group was improved, but there was no significant difference in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the follow-up and the post-test results. Interpersonal distress is negatively correlated with self-esteem and can be predicted mutually. Therefore, group counseling has a significant and lasting effect on improving interpersonal relationship and self-esteem of college students.
