摘要 近年来,油指纹鉴别技术对溢油事故的处置和后续损失评估发挥了重要的作用。作为油指纹鉴别系统中重要的一部分,油指纹鉴定报告被视为溢油事故的重要法庭证据。目前在油指纹鉴别过程中,鉴定报告需要工作人员人工编写,降低了工作效率。本文的油指纹鉴定报告生成系统利用WORD提供的强大的编程接口技术,按照文档规范要求设计模板,实现了文字、图表并茂的油指纹鉴定文档的自动生成,较好地解决了人工编辑报告带来的一系列问题,实现了报告生成的标准化、规范化,提高了工作效率,从而为处理溢油事故、事故追责等提供了实时高效的资料数据支撑。 In recent years, oil fingerprint identification technology has been playing an important role in oil spill disposal and subsequent loss assessment. As an important part of oil fingerprint identification system, the oil fingerprint report is considered as the important forensic evidence in the oil spill accident. At present, the identification report requires the staff to write manually in the process of identification of oil fingerprints, which reduced the work efficiency. In this paper, the oil fingerprint identification report generation system adopts a powerful programming interface technology of the Microsoft WORD, designed template in accordance with the requirements of the document specification to achieve the oil fingerprint identification document automatically generated. The system solves the series of problems caused by manual editing report, realizes the standardization of the report generation, and improves the working efficiency, so as to provide real-time and efficient data that support dealing with oil spill accidents and accident recovery.
