Preliminary study and design of marine integrated management and control system in Jiangsu Province

国家海洋局近年来出台了一系列文件,提出今后一段时期,要紧紧围绕海洋强国建设目标,全面提升海洋综合管控能力建设,对各级海洋管理部门提出了新的要求。在面临系统与数据需要有效集成、分析与利用的形势下,开展本文相关研究。

In recent years, the State Oceanic Administration（SOA） has issued a series of documents, proposing that we should focus on the goal of building marine power, comprehensively enhance the capabilities of integrated marine management, and put forward new requirements for marine administrative agencies at all levels. In order to meet the need for effective integration,analysis, and utilization of systems and data in Jiangsu province, this paper introduced the general design ideas and system functions of marine integrated management and control system.
