摘要
采用高温固化的碳纤维预浸料,通过共胶接成型工艺,研制了一种复合材料"J"型加筋壁板结构件。此类结构件强度和刚度均能满足设计技术要求,解决了共胶接工艺脱模困难的问题,达到了预期的效果,可为加筋壁板类复合材料组合件成型提供参考。
A kind of composite J-shaped stiffened panel structure was developed by using carbon fiber prepreg cured at high temperature through co-bonding forming process. The strength and stiffness of such structures can meet the technical requirement of design, which has solved the difficult problem of co-bonding stripping, and has achieved the expected effect. It can provide references for the forming of parts made of stiffened panel composite material.
