新常态下我国职业教育的问题及对策思考

The Problems and Countermeasures of Vocational Education in China under the New Normal

新常态是中国经济新的发展阶段,更加追求经济发展质量、促进经济发展创新,对职业教育而言既是机遇也是挑战。近年来,我国职业教育有了显著发展,但这仍然是我国国家教育体系中相对薄弱的一环。本文对当前我国职业教育的发展情况进行了梳理。剖析我国职业教育面临社会认可度低、关注学生个性不够、师资力量不足、办学模式相对封闭、竞争格局加剧等问题,并提出职业教育未来发展的一些对策,对于提高职业教育的社会认可度、增强职业教育的影响力、培养适应社会的技术技能型人才具有一定的意义。

The new normal is the new stage of China＇s economic development. It is more an opportunity and a challenge for vocational education to pursue economic development quality and promote economic development and innovation. In recent years, there have been significant developments in vocational education in China, but this is still a relatively weak link in our national education system. This article sorts out the current development of vocational education in China. It analyzes that vocational education in China faces problems such as low social recognition, insufficient attention to student personality, insufficient teacher resources, relatively closed schooling mode, and intensified competition, and proposes some countermeasures for the future development of vocational education, which will increase the social recognition and enhancement of vocational education. The influence of vocational education and the training of technically skilled talents adapted to society have certain significance.
