摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校培养和提升学生职业能力和职业素养的关键环节,在人才培养体系和课程体系中占据重要位置。文章针对目前高职市场营销专业顶岗实习课程建设现状,结合学生实习期学习规律及需求,分析不同营销职业岗位所需的核心职业技能和职业素养,构建依托信息化教学资源的顶岗实习课程建设模式,以实现提高高职市场营销专业顶岗实习课程建设质量和人才培养质量的目标。
The top position internship is the key link for higher vocational colleges to cultivate and improve students' professional ability and professional quality, and occupies an important position in the personnel training system and curriculum system. The article aims at the present situation of the postgraduate internship courses construction in vocational colleges, combines the study rules and needs of students during internships, analyzes the core professional skills and professional qualities required for different marketing careers, and builds a model for post-employment internships that rely on informational teaching resources, in order to achieve the goal of improving the quality of post-secondary internship courses and the quality of personnel training in higher vocational marketing.
