摘要
高校学生管理工作很繁杂,在引导大学生成长过程中,高校班主任担任着多重管理者角色,笔者认为其管理工作的核心是为学生服务,据此笔者提出了做好高校班主任服务工作的三个条件是奉献爱心、树立威信和服务策略。
The management of college students is very complicated. In the course of guiding the growth of college students,the college class teacher plays the role of multiple managers. The author believes that the core of the management work is to serve the students. According to this, the author puts forward three conditions for doing a good job in the service of college class teachers are to dedicate love, establish prestige and service strategies.
