摘要
变革高校高级职称评审利于增强国家科技创新能力和提升高校整体办学水平。研究阐述国家"双一流"战略内涵及教师岗高级职称评审制度变革意义;深入剖析制约高校教师岗高级职称评审效能的审前及审后制度之问题及其根源;从建设高校教师岗高级职称的柔性评审制度和优化高校教师岗高级职称评审流程及内容等方面给出可行对策。
The reform of the evaluation of senior professional titles in colleges and universities is conducive to strengthening the capability of national scientific and technological innovation and the overall level of running a university. Research elaborating the national Double First-class Strategy connotation and the reform of senior professional titles review system; analyzing the problems and causes of the pre-trial and post-trial system that restrict the evaluation of senior professional titles; Evaluation system and optimize the senior professional titles of teachers and judges review process and content given feasible measures.
