This paper analyzes the performance of colleges and universities in cultivating the core effectiveness of socialist core values, and discusses the specific reasons for the lack of effectiveness of colleges and universities in cultivating core values of socialism. Finally, it proposes to foster the role of university students as the main body by establishing a people-centered concept, and further integrate family, colleges, and society resources and constructing a good environment for training and other measures to improve the effectiveness of colleges and universities to cultivate socialist core values.
