社会工作专业“个人成长实践”的课程设计与反思

摘要 聚焦认识自我与沟通合作技巧提升的"个人成长实践"是社会工作专业或人本服务专业的基本课程。在内化专业理念、知识、助人技巧之前,开展充分的自我探索,学习与人合作相处,是社会工作专业的学习基础。通过四个学期的授课,笔者尝试总结经验使课程更具系统性与可操作性。分别从课程目标、课程理念及方法、课程前的准备、课程具体设计、课程考核评价等方面进行总结反思。 The "Personal Growth Practice" focusing on self-knowledge, communication and cooperation skills is a basic course for social work professionals or human services professionals. Prior to internalizing professional concepts, knowledge, and helping people skills, it is necessary to conduct self-exploration and learn to co-exist with people. This is the basis for the study of social work professionals. Through four semesters of lectures, the author tried to sum up experience to make the course more systematic and operational. They will summarize and reflect on the curriculum objectives, curriculum concepts and methods,preparation before the course, specific design of the courses, and evaluation of course assessment.
