摘要 退役大学生士兵由于长时间在部队服役,在教育程度、适应社会变化、就业认知、职业选择等相比其他在校大学生有着一定的差异,这就给该群体融入校园、融入社会带来了阻碍。本文从高校退役大学生士兵校园生活现状入手,对高职院校社会工作介入退役大学生士兵职业素养提升模式做了可行性分析与研究,帮助其该群体正确地认识自身并积极处理好各类社会行为和关系,缓解学习生活过程中出现的种种问题,最大程度地加快该群体融入校园、融入社会进程。 Retired soldiers, who are in the army for a long time, have certain differences in educational level, social adaptation,and employment cognition and career choice. This paper starts from the life of the retired soldier college students in Higher Vocational Colleges Campus situation, social work intervention of college students retired soldiers occupation literacy promotion mode were analysis and feasibility study, help the group to correctly understand themselves and actively deal with all kinds of social behavior and relationships, alleviate the problems appeared in the process of study and life, speeding up to the maximum extent the groups into the campus, into the social process.
