摘要
当前我国实践教学的不完善一直是法学教学中的一个不容忽视的问题。而随着经济的发展,社会需求的不断提高,锻炼学生分析问题、解决问题的实践能力,培养应用型法律人才变成了我国法学界需要不断探索的问题。案例教学作为法学实践教育的重要组成部分,因其互动性,实践性、生动性等优点越来越受到法学教育者的重视。笔者针对我国的案例教学的现状进行研究,试分析我国法学案例教学中存在的不足之处,并讨论完善我国法学案例教学的办法。
At present, the imperfect practice teaching in our country has always been a problem that must be neglected in law teaching. With the development of economy and the continuous improvement of social demand, training students to analyze problems, solve practical problems and cultivating applied legal talents have become the problems that Chinese jurisprudence needs to constantly explore. Law case teaching, as an important part of law practice teaching, is paid more and more attention by law scholars because of its advantages such as interaction, practicality and vividness. The author studies the current situation of case teaching in our country, attempts to analyze the shortcomings in the teaching of jurisprudence in our country, and discusses how to improve the teaching of law case in our country.
