剧烈运动致疲劳时不同组织LDH同工酶谱变化的研究 被引量:9

摘要 作者通过专门创设的手段,提取到骨骼肌组织间液,并通过血清、组织间液、心肌、股直肌与臀浅肌LDH 同工酶测定,观察了短时间剧烈运动对不同组织LDH同工酶的影响及其变化规律。 In this study we investigated the change of enzyme style in different tissues after intense exercise bymeasuring the LDH isozymes in blood, intercellular fluids and muscle (cardiac muscle, the rectus femorismuscle, musculus gluteus maximus). We also discussed their relation preliminarily. The fatigue group had done exercise on treadmill with submaximum intensity until extreme fatigue,then they were killed immediately. The LDH isozymes were determined and compared with the control group.Results: (1) The LDH enzyme style of blood and muscle during rest period was consistent with otherreports, the isozymes of muscle fluids were opposite to that of blood, and were identical to that of skeletalmuscle. (2) During the fatigue period the LDH_1 of blood and LDH_5 of skeletal muscle increased significan-tly. LDH of cardiac muscle didn't change. The LDH_(1、2、3) of the rectus femoris muscle and musculus gluteusmaximus decreased. The LDH_4 of the rectus femoris and LDH_5 of musculus gluteus maximus increasedsignificautly. Conclusion: 1. The reason for the increase of LDH_1 in blood was that LDH released fromcardiac muscle was much more than that from skeletal muscle. 2. The effect of exercise on tissue could bereflected by the LDH of skeletal muscle fluid. 3. The change of LDH in skeletal muscle from cardiac styleto muscle style was important to the energy supply of skeletal muscle.
