摘要
目的:利用高效液相色谱法测定奥氮平片中奥氮平含量。方法:采用C8色谱柱,流动相为十二烷基硫酸钠12g-乙腈,流速为1.5ml/min,检测波长260nm建立色谱方法测定奥氮平含量。结果:奥氮平浓度在60 g/ml^140 g/ml范围内,其峰面积(Y)与浓度(X)呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=59133X+25872,R=1.000;其稳定性、重复性、精密度试验均RSD<2.0。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于测定奥氮平含量。
Objective: to determine the content of olanzapine in olanzapine by HPLC. Methods: using C8 chromatographic column, the flow phase was 12 g-acetonitrile with sodium dodecyl sulfate, and the flow rate was 1.5 ml/min, and the detection wavelength of 260 nm was established to determine the content of olanzapine. Results: the concentration of olanzapine was in the range of 60 mu g/ml-140 mu g/ml, and its peak area(Y) was in good linear relation with concentration(X).The linear equation was Y=59133 X+25872,R=1.000.Its stability, repeatability and precision test are all RSD〈2.0.Conclusion:the method is simple,accurate, sensitive and reproducibility, and can be used to determine the content of olanzapine.
